We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, descriptions, and availability, but we do not warrant that all information on the Site is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel and refund an order affected by such an error.

Payment is processed securely through Wix's payment system at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.

3. Shipping

4. Returns and Refunds

Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery if defective or damaged, for a replacement or refund. Contact us at info@thisisannelouise.com to arrange a return.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

All content on the Site — including text, book excerpts, the Power Wishing™, Visible You™, and Present Parenting names and materials, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Anne Louise Carricarte and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
